A boy named Anthony has hearing problems and has to wear a hearing aid.
He became depressed and said Super Heroes don’t wear hearing aids! (He’s quite the fanatic and calls his aid the Big Blue)
His mother wrote to Marvel and it got to the editor.
They sent little Anthony comics of HAWKEYE. In 80s comics Hawkeye had lost some of his hearing and needed the aid.
They also sent personalized drawings of Hawkeye and Little Anthony together!
The MARVEL team created the Blue Ear for Anthony! A new hero!
